Private garden design

The project seeks to transform the private garden of a family house in a residential neighbourhood north of Madrid into a Mediterranean-inspired landscape, carefully adapted to the family’s lifestyle.

A highly exposed area above the car park wall is planted to discourage the dogs from climbing, while the entrance is defined by a trellis covered in climbing jasmine and flowers, complemented by agaves and blue chalk sticks.

Along the pool railing, yellow flowering plants create a colourful view from the porch, while lavender is spread throughout the garden to bring fragrance to different areas. A terraced path with ground-cover planting connects the house to the pool, bringing continuity and softness to the landscape.
